Hello, hello, hello… is there anybody out there?
Seriously, does anyone read this blog? I don’t advertise it, so mostly I see spammers trying to join and whatnot. Happy to continue posting updates if people are interested, but it’s pepper prep-season so I’m focusing on those. r/PepperLovers & … Continue reading
Trailblazer: August 1st update – 12 leaves and counting!
Check this guy out! Looking pretty good. It didn’t react much to the bloom nutes which isn’t all that surprising. I was hoping to try to encourage it into fruiting at it’s young life. I’ve added more bloom nutes to … Continue reading
Jughead: First update on this tree, since it was started long before this blog.

Teeni-cado: We’ve got leaves!
This growth kinda took me by surprise. I stopped checking on it a while and out of nowhere it had a nice shoot and even leaves coming off of it. Even cooler is that it did so with just half … Continue reading
Teenie-cado: Oops… recovery!
This is a fortunate update after the mishap of the previous. The seed rebounded! Half of the seed itself shriveled up. I removed that half and put it back into the nutrients. Nice to see it wasn’t a goner!

Teenie-cado going into hydro soon.
Short (like this tail) and to the point update.
Avacadeux update: Parafilm wrap
As mentioned previously, I was considering wrapping this seedling in parafilm grafting tape. This is the first time I’ve used it, so hopefully it works out. Here’s a few photos of the before and after wrap-job. The exact film I … Continue reading
Teenie-cado is waking up!
Pretty soon we will see a tail coming off of this guy, and then we can add it to some hydroponic nutrients. These pictures show the bottom of the seed which has started to open up.
